These strips have one slightly sticky side and one smooth side. The stickiness comes from the type of plastic or a process applied to it, they do not have adhesive. When a mask leaks air between the seal and my face I use one of these someplace around where the seal contacts my face and they can work very well.

I've been using a CPAP machine with a full mask for over one year but only noticed this product last week. I wish I had this product earlier because the mask has irritated the bridge of my nose all this time. I have only used the product for one week, but I can state without reservation that it has helped me immensely by eliminating the nose irritation caused by wearing the mask all night. The product's material is similar to that which is used with TINS machines and can just be rinsed off in the morning and reused. I have been using the same one for over a week and don't know how long a single item will last, but it's well worth the price.
