I love this product. It works better than anything I have tried. I hate the marks the straps leave on my face and neck. Sometimes you see them most of the day. I have short hair so they can be seen on my neck. I tried this product and it is the first and best I have found. It stays on all night and doesn't move. It connects with velcro. You need to be sure the connecting pieces are on the outside of your mask straps. The soft side is next to your face.

Thank you! Thank you. Thank you. This is exactly what we needed. My husband wears his bi-pap for extended periods and has had problems with irritations around his neck for a long time. I've tried other products, and have even used paper hand towels with skin cream, but they only help a small amount. We received this earlier this week and the change is amazing. He is sooo much more comfortable, and his neck is already looking better. The protection all-the-way around makes so much of a difference. It turns out there is an additional benefit to this product. It actually makes the mask fit better and the straps not constantly ride up on his face, which has affected his hearing at times. The mask stays put and he is not constantly asking me to pull it down. I just can't say how thrilled we are with this. I would give it 10 stars if I could. I almost didn't order this because it only had just over 50 reviews. I am so glad I did, and I have ordered another one so when we wash this one, we always have another on hand. We wouldn't want to be without it.

Since I started using a CPAP machine I have had trouble with the straps cutting into my face. Sometimes it's worse than other times, but generally speaking I could only be wearing the mask for a couple of weeks before it starts doing it. Eventually if it's left untreated it will start causing little sores on my face, no bueno. So I've been using different kinds of covers and whatnot for the straps to try and keep them from being an issue in the long term, and they help a lot. This one on the other hand, is simply the best. I don't have to readjust them every time I take the mask on and off, it covers nearly all of the strap, and I'm a big guy so I have most of the strap visible. Bottom line if you have a mask like mine, go for it, you won't regret your purchase.
